Each of our birthday packages allows for 8 participants and 2 chaperones. You can add as many participants as your party desires! There are 2 types of tickets to purchase: Participant Tickets & Non-Participant Tickets. Participant tickets are for those who want to enjoy the party WITH the party features included. Non-participant tickets are for those who want to enjoy the party WITHOUT the party features included. Head to our "Plan Your Visit" Tab to see pricing.

For your safety and to keep our park clean, we do not allow glass items, pinatas or confetti! Also, any prohibited items that are laid out on our "Rules and Policies" page are not allowed. We thank you for your understanding!

Yes! Though toys are not permitted into our park, you may bring birthday gifts as long as the gifts are not used in the park!

Absolutely! Infact, we implore everyone to show up at to the waterpark as soon as we open so everyone can enjoy the waterpark for as long as possible! The time slots are associated with when the party pavilion will be available to you!

Yes! A Cooler Day Ticket is $39.99 for the day and a Cooler Season Pass is $79.99 for the season! Both can be purchased online, at the Front Gate or when scheduling your birthday with one of our staff members! Cooler Day Tickets are not associated with a specific day.

Season passes may be used for the birthday party instead of the birthday tickets included with the party package. This means you do not need to use the birthday tickets for guests who already have season passes, allowing those tickets to be saved and used to bring friends or family to the park on another day.

As soon as you pay for the birthday package, you may coordinate with one of our staff members to pick-up your tickets! You may also wait until the day of to pick up your tickets!

You can request us to leave the tickets at the Front Gate to administer the tickets to the Birthday guest. If this is the route you would like to take, the Front Gate Staff will need a list of party participants to avoid any confusion, and the party guest will need to inform us that they are a part of your party and what types of tickets (Participant Tickets or Non-Participant Tickets) they should be receiving. If a list is not provided, we will require you to come down to the Front Gate to confirm if this is a party guest for your party. They will not be allowed to use your party ticket if they are not confirmed by you.

Yes! Unexpected party guest may come up to the party on the day of. They will need to confirm they are with the birthday party when they arrive AND you will also need to confirm they are a part of your party to avoid any confusion! Unfortunately, they will not have the party features included with their ticket BUT they will be charged the non-participant ticket price! See the "Plan Your Visit" tab for pricing

If it only rains during the day, all waterpark features will remain open to everyone!

Absolutely NOT! When the time slot ends for your party, that means your time at the party pavilion is concluded. We have free seating to move your party to a different location OR you can book a Cabana or Luxury Splash Spot at the Front Gate (availability may vary) to stay in. We also provide re-entry bands for you to store birthday extras and gifts into your car if you desire so.

2-year-olds and younger may enter the water park for free! They will still be included in the birthday party features! This means that instead of having to turn in your birthday tickets for admission, you can use the spare ticket to bring a friend OR family member into the park on another day! The birthday package will still have to be purchased for the party guest since they will be enjoying the birthday features. The spare party tickets do not include the birthday features with it (if tickets are checked in on a regular operation day), if you desire more participant tickets (birthday tickets that include the birthday features), you will need to purchase the tickets additionally, see pricing on our "Plan Your Visit" tab.

Cake, cupcakes, and birthday extras are not permitted into the waterpark WITHOUT a birthday package.

Yes! We do not allow birthday parties to happen outside the party pavilions and outside the designated party time slot.

Refund will only be administered 48 hours in advance of the birthday party date. After 48 hours, no refund will be given.
