What is your refund policy on daily tickets and season passes?

Accepted Answer

Admission tickets and Season Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete at the Front Gate, online through our website, or other retail outlets. This includes weather-related events. Please check the local weather conditions before planning your visit.

Unprocessed Season Passes (those still in e-ticket or voucher form which have not been exchanged for an ID card) may be transferred to another individual. All Season Passes, processed or unprocessed, expire without value at the end of the season.

What is the rain policy?

Accepted Answer

All admissions and ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available. Rain Checks are only issued if the park is forced to close for the day. Rain Checks are never issued in advance based on forecasted weather.

Water attractions may temporarily close due to rain, lightning, inclement weather, and/or other events beyond our control. Management retains the right to delay the issuing of Rain Checks if there is reason to believe the park may reopen. If the park closes after 6:00 pm, Rain Checks will not be issued.

Refunds are not available for date-specific tickets such as cabanas, pavilions, or birthday packages. If you would like to change the date of your visit for any reason, you must contact the park to reschedule for a later date.

Season Pass Holders are not entitled to Rain Checks.

Group Rain Checks are given as one ticket per person in the group. They are issued to the group leader for distribution. Group Rain Checks can be used on any day during the same season.

Question 3

If attractions are temporarily closed due to weather, how to I know when attractions will open back up?

Accepted Answer

Here at Splash Dayz, we follow the American Red Cross Association's Thunder and Lightning Policy. Once thunder and lightning are detected and the distance of the storm from the waterpark has been determined, waterslides and water attractions will be temporarily closed for 30 minutes. If another strike occurs, the 30-minute timer will reset. All attractions will reopen once the 30-minute timer has elapsed. Announcements will be made during this time to keep patrons informed.

What is appropriate attire for the park?

Proper swimming attire is required and is defined as a properly fitting and covering, one or two-piece swimsuit or shorts that stop above the knee. Swimwear must be without abrasive buttons, rivets, zippers or snaps. Thong suits are prohibited. Diaper covers are required for all diapered children. Shoes are not allowed on any water park attractions.

What if I have allergies?

The park is more than happy to provide guests with ingredient lists, which are provided to us by the food suppliers we use. However, as much as we would like to accommodate guests with food allergies, we are not the food manufacturers/suppliers (we get all food and beverage product from third parties), and as such, we regret to inform you that THE PARK CANNOT, AND DOES NOT, MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE ALLERGY-FREE CONTENTS OF ANY FOODS OR BEVERAGES, OR THE SAFETY THEREOF (ESPECIALLY WITH REGARD TO ANY ALLERGIES). At a minimum, guests with allergy concerns should avoid any foods or beverages unless they are packaged, and you are 100% confident in the manufacturer/supplier, which has provided the Park with such food or beverage. Foods that are in any way unpackaged, prepared, or handled by the Park (as opposed to packaged goods, provided to you in a sealed package) have a higher risk of contamination with other products containing allergens, so in the interests of your safety, we strongly urge you to avoid all such unpackaged products provided by the Park.

Is smoking permitted in the park?

No tobacco or nicotine products of any kind are permitted. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on Splash Dayz property.  This includes vapor or E-cig products.

What is the policy of alcoholic beverages in the park?

Accepted Answer

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park, or on Splash Dayz/City of White Settlement property

Do you allow animals in the park?

Accepted Answer

Although we all love our animals, animals of any kind are not allowed in the park, except for legally defined service dogs or as may otherwise be required by law to assist those with disabilities (“disabilities” being defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable laws). If you claim to have a legally qualifying service dog, you will be required to verify its legitimacy. A service animal is defined by law, and not by a person’s personal desires. For example, a companion animal, or an animal that brings emotional comfort, or a dog that serves as personal security, does not qualify as a legal service animal.

Even if a service animal is verified and allowed to enter the park, please be aware that you are still responsible for controlling it at all times. A service animal is also prohibited from all rides, because rides are built for people, and because animals cannot be safely contained or restrained on amusement rides, they would thereby pose a serious safety hazard. Animals are also prohibited from entering or being on any water ride or attraction due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Please understand that we may require removal of your service animal from park property if it poses a threat to persons or property, including, without limitation, if it is unruly, threatening, aggressive (barking, snarling, biting at patrons, etc.) and/or if you are unable to control your animal at all times.

You must make sure that your service animal has gone to the bathroom before coming to the Park. Once at the Park, if your animal needs to go, please do your best to steer the animal to an area off to the side on a grassy area, away from other patrons, if possible. We encourage you to ask a staff member where your animal might be directed.

It is prohibited to leave animals in a car while patrons enjoy the Park; in such an event, animal control (or other government authority) may be called, and your car forcibly entered into, in order to attend to the health or safety needs of an animal. You will have to pay all such costs involved in the rescue of any pet left in a car, and you may face animal cruelty charges from local authorities.

Do you allow drones in the park?

Accepted Answer

Use of drones (in, over, or around the Park), whether for photographic purposes or otherwise, is strictly prohibited (unless the user has been granted written, contractual permission for that specific instance from an officer of the Park or its parent entity). Violations may subject the user to immediate ejection, confiscation of the drone, and referral of the matter to authorities. Drones are a serious safety hazard to ride operations, Park operations (including electrical facilities), and to the Park’s guests and personnel. Use of drones in, over or around the Park, also constitutes an illegal trespass, an invasion of the Park’s privacy, and tortious interference to our operations.

Question 10

What is the parks policy for unaccompanied minors?

Accepted Answer

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at least 18 years or older. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Question 11

Can I leave the park and come back later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, visitors can exit and re-enter the waterpark. If you want to leave the waterpark and return the same day, you must have a wristband or a dated receipt for readmission. Wristbands can be requested at the front gate upon exit.  Readmission is not guaranteed based on park capacity numbers.

How do I store my personal items?

You can keep your personal items i.e.: cell phones, keys and money in a waterproof bag.
Lockers are also available for $10.00.

Will there be gluten free and paleo options?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, these options will not be offered in our Cafe, but you can purchase a Cooler Day Ticket OR a Cooler Season Pass to bring such food items into the waterpark!

Tickets can be purchased online at a discounted rate!

Are lifejackets provided?

Accepted Answer

Life jackets are provided for all guests who are inexperienced or non-swimmers. Only Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed as flotation devices. Life jackets are provided free of charge for guests who require one.

These outside items are not allowed into the park. Splash Dayz offers lounge chairs on a first come first serve basis or you may choose to rent a private cabana.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring your own food and drink into the park with the purchase of a Cooler Pass. The Cooler Pass is available at a daily and season rate. This pass will allow you to bring in one (1) container (IE: cooler, bag, tote, etc.) that has food or drinks in it. Maximum cooler/container size is 48 qts.
No alcohol
No glass items
No sharp knives
No fast food
No commercially prepared food from restaurants
Limited to one use per day (Cooler Season Pass)

Splash Dayz offers a senior, military & public profession discount for DAY TICKETS ONLY.
There is also a reduced price for our Under 48″ admission price. Toddlers aged 2 and under are free of charge.　　
Seniors are considered anyone who is 65 and older. Must show appropriate ID to receive any discount. There is NO discount on season passes for seniors or military
